Yoga and juice 3 night mini break

Do you want to kick start a healthy eating regime balanced with simple activities and menu ideas? This healthy eating mini break combines delicious and nutritionally dense juices, soups and salads with physical activities. The easy recipe ideas and exercise routines can be replicated upon your return home.

Your mini break at La Casa will incorporate a variety of different juices, soups and salads as well as yoga, pilates and transformational cupping. The daily schedule will balance mindfulness with healthy eating and invigorating activities.

An example of your daily programme is as follows:

08:00 Ginger and Apple shot and Lemon water

08:15 YOGA delivered by Inge of Caffee Cadanz at La Casa
Ashtanga: Breath and movement are connected, creating a flowing sequence of asanas

09:30 Freshly squeezed juice and superfood breakfast

10:30 Stretching

11:00 Coastal path walk to Calpe

12:30 Fresh juice and nutrition discussion regarding short, medium and long-term health goals

13:30 Light lunch at La Casa and siesta time

15:00 Core and upper body work at La Casa

15:40 Fresh juice followed by pool dip and jacuzzi

18:00 Studio Pilates with Gemma Fornés

19:45 Evening meal

20:30 Relaxation and own time


395 € per person, based on two people sharing the room *
