This healthy eating mini break combines delicious and nutritionally dense juices, soups and salads with physical activities. The easy recipe ideas and exercise routines can be replicated upon your return home.
Your mini break at La Casa will incorporate a variety of different juices, soups and salads as well as yoga, pilates and transformational cupping. The daily schedule will balance mindfulness with healthy eating and invigorating activities.
